Heidi has over 15 years of digital marketing experience with focus on eCommerce marketing and operations. Most recently, she headed up digital marketing strategy and implementation for a leading niche apparel etailer, focusing on strengthening and fine-tuning their customer acquisition and retention vehicles including paid and natural search, display, email marketing, social media marketing and loyalty program. In addition, she has worked extensively with UX/UI teams and A/B testing platforms to improve overall customer experience on various websites. Prior to this, she was at Lamps Plus, a multichannel lighting retailer, where she held a number of positions including Director of Search Engine Marketing where she lead the companies search engine marketing efforts. She holds an MBA from University of Southern California and BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from University of California, Berkeley.
